I have been working for some time on a viable "South Park" style rig that allows amazing phoneme control, character creation based on a library of shapes and the ability to add custom poses for special scenes!
Finally I have cracked it and actually have something worth sharing!
here is my tour of the work in progress:
the goal is to get a new haul of subscribers to my channel where I can continue broadcasting updates and the workflows! with any luck this can be easily adapted to most cel animation styles!

The rig needs more graphical UI elements, such as labels to the sliders. And why not place the bones directly on top of the guy (with wireframe outlines) like a typical character rig?
i guess by now 100 people have watched it ?.
But i think you should just put a video intro, of your "brand" / "label", then you could explain how you do it.
An introduction as ..Ohno the FX kid is recreating southpark..(and as a result kenny dies or so)
I think you would helpout other annimators maybe too who are on this track (think i've seen something like, where a guy animated the efect of how cartoon characters have different perspectives in their faces (or was that you too ?).
The Rig looks good , But try to add controls more easy & understandable by everyone, if you really thought going to release. It will help animator to focus on there animation more. Its just my opinion. Happy Blending :)
