Pripravto parametrized furniture designer uses Blender

1

Pripravto is a web-based parametric design service for furniture. It will generate .blend files to download with a complete Cycles rendering setup.

Hello Blender community,

I am one of founders of services/project at Pripravto mainly for joiners and craftsmen (others who need to work with furniture). Service should help them design furniture and interiors. Inside of service you can start your own parametric construction of product. If you finish your new design, you can make visualization, get bill of materials, download 3D model and so on.

How is it related to Blender and Blender community you ask? Well, this service is connected to Blender mainly for graphics and visualizations. It's not making best quality renders, but it's mostly automatic and can create furniture parts which are then useful in interior viz. So it is possible to use it for interior visualizations for Blender.

At this time it's good for kitchen, closets and other furniture parts, which can be downloaded as blend file with Cycles or Blender render setup. After that you can open new Blender scene and append data from original and use created design in your scene. So if you want to try it, here is an open English account user-name: "octest1u" password: "octest1h" without quote signs . This account can be used for every part of service. Service right now is in testing phase. Documentation is partially right inside, other information is in Blog (there are also automatic urls to create furniture) or Videos section on website. So there should be enough translated material from Czech language.

Anyone who is interested in this service, just write us and if there is developer that would be interested, even better :)

Regards,

Zdenek
