Why should I buy it?

We are a small studio from Brazil, and we have already done some great things for Blender such as Graph Theme, BoolTool and BakeTool add-on. Now we are directing our efforts to make great blender addons for professionals.

We want to help BF to keep blender development as well, so we’re assigning 10% of all sales for the BF Development Fund, that’s our way to do our part for the blender development. So buying MotionTool you are indirectly helping the Blender Development too.

On top of it, we think MotionTool can be a revolutionary system for Blender, it’s made for real life work and and is the First Professional, Node Based, Full Featured Animation Framework for Blender. If you need a Animation Tool to Work with it’s what you need!

MotionTool sells on the Blender Market for $45.

  1. Wasn't the BF had something like that in mind for future versions? It was called 'nodes on everything' or something like that. This node connection & functionaltiy works on Cinema 4D (mograph, xpresso) since 2008. All we have in the 'default' (as provided by the BF) pack is some ancient object modifiers that are unpredictable and ooold... I love the new stuff but can we just look at Blender's core? /rant
Wishing for great sales btw looks like a lovely tool.

    • The "nodify everything" project is more about enabling nodes to drive more parts of Blender than actually creating node tools. For example, modifier or particle nodes.

This has already been done for object nodes, to an extent, through the Python Node API, which is what has enabled MotionTool in the first place.

      • Thanks for the info. So is this still going on or what? Driving parts of Blender using nodes should be an option by now. Throwing you assets/systems in a node based UI and arraging connections and relations between them is an awesome way to work and create cool stuff.

  2. I don't know if this has been asked before or if you do have one and I just haven't seen the link, but do you offer a trial version of this product. Might help some folks make the leap. It looks like a great tool but I don't usually buy things without an opportunity to try it out first
