And another awesome 'making of' video by David F. Sandberg. What I find particularly inspiring in his videos is that he works with such simple materials and ideas, yes creates compelling stories.

Very nice reflection solution, shame he didn't try animating the shape in Blender too. As he did for the face.
It was just so much faster since I know that software inside out from years of use. I'm learning more and more about Blender though so soon I'll be probably be comfortable enough to do everything in it (although I doubt I'll ever know it inside out with all the features it has).
Also, thanks Blendernation for featuring my work!
I'm familiar with your Anime Studio Scripts site (for which, many thanks). I love blender but I also really like Anime Studio. It makes me wish that there was some kind of add on that integrated vector art drawing tools into blender for 2D animation, or a separate open source 2D animation software of the same amazing quality as blender (well, I can dream, can't I?).
That's my dream as well. I've played around a little bit with 2D shapes in Blender but it's just not as smooth of a workflow as in AS.
AS is great but there's just so many powerful features in Blender that I miss now when going back to it.
Synfig is open source and seems to have some nice features but I just can't seem to get into it.
aaa well done!!!
I want to see this guy at Blender conference next year!!!
I'd feel terribly out of place compared to some of the amazing stuff done with Blender.
But thanks!
Amazing mood for such a short piece. Kudos!
wow really looks great.. very nicely and neatly done..
Funny and scary go hand in hand. Terrific! Enjoyed not only the movie (which is scary by the way), but also making-of.
