Pierrick shows us how to create muscle deformation animation in Blender.
I've done a new tutorial. It's a medium to advanced level tutorial. My goal was to show how to drive shapekeys using constrainted bones to enable advanced muscle deformations and corrective shapekeys. You may have already seen this kind of tutorial working on a biceps but it was only using deformation bonesand wasn't working as soon you were using FK or IK on these bones. I was able to find a trick to fix this... But it seems, from the time I met this problem (blender 2.71) the problem was fixed and I felt pretty ridiculous on this tutorial.
But, I guess it could be interesting to show it and it may points one of blender 2.72 enhancement.
