Hello everyone! I would like to share my Gravity Gun from the Harlock 3D movie. I am making a cosplay of the Harlock character and some accesories are made in a 3D printer. The model was made in Blender 2.71 hten printed with a makerbot. All the painting work was with airbrush. The wood finish is also airbrushed with acrylics.

Wow! That's an amazing job!
The airbrush painting is incredible.
Thanks! it took me a couple of hours. I'm not so good at the airbrush, but i tried to make my best!
Well.. you did an excellent job!
thanks!
Oh! Very nice Gun!
But, In Japan where I lived in, the drawing contents of the gun have been considered to be harmful designation...
The gun which I created with 3D printer is checked by the police.
If it is the gun which I imagined by oneself, I do not have any problem.
I imagined that in certain countries the sole publication of this photo could bring me some problems getting the visa....maybe today I am considered a bad guy in some countries for making gun toys...(harmless)
The gun could not be used for a crime.
However, a live cartridge seemed to be a high-performance thing to be able to shoot.
I hope that a new technique is not disturbed by a law.
Replicas and other designs are subject to the same regulations are 'real' firearms even if their design is not to duplicate a real item. For example Canada, United Kingdom, New York. So yes, you MUST check your local laws BEFORE frivolously printing items like this in 3D.
