    Please, look at bellow articles also. We will be very happy to solve these problems:

    - Modifier stack is up side down. Top modifier is at bottom...
    - Constraints are the same. Some fields - for example - constraint tranformations - top field is at bottom, bottom is at the top...
    - duplicate modifiers is not possible
    - cloth preset save several fields only. Not every fields. Preset is useless.
    - Blender waste UI place. Large buttons with large text. It needs some handy icons and compact place.
    - adding own icons
    - screens needs tabs also. (like Tools or user preferences)
    - FBX full export import support- communication with Maya and others Autodesk programs. (Maya is industry standard)
    - some vere handy scripts should be added to blender addons or addons_contrib - Rigify picker, stored views, group editor, batch rename, shape keys presets, some UV tools, script runner...etc ( look at forums)

    Developers have power to change it. Please think of it.
