Weekend Contest Winner: Murder On The Kitchen Table!

original

This weekend's contest, “Piping Hot: Fresh From The Bakery”, unleashed another wave of creativity. Among it a surprising amount of low-poly art (I'm a sucker for that ;-) - I'm guessing the recent tutorial post on that topic helped?

Michael's "Murder On The Kitchen Table!" was the clear winner this time. It's very well executed, and has a great little story in it.

So Michael – it's up to you now! You can pick the topic for next weekend’s contest. Please don’t the topic here, but contact me at bart @ this website. Have fun selecting one :)

Read on for the runners up!

The first runner up is Guillaume Gris with his delicious croissants! (And yes, if you're not French, you're pronouncing that wrong ;-)

The second image that had great potential was fernanbop75's "Too much pink". We should make some of these candles for Ton!

Finally, even though Eric Varela excluded himself from the winners as he had already won last week, I think his entry merits mentioning here:

Thanks again for participating everyone, and see you next week!

  1. Congratulations to Michael! The winner image got it all. Nice modeling, beautiful textures, good composition and funny as well :). A lot of good images this time. The chef with his hat resting on the nose is priceless :). Eric Valera knows his Low-poly.
