Marc Teyssier presents 'Ollith', a game created using Blender and Unity.
Marc Teyssier writes:
Just to show my experience with blender, and how powerful a tool it is.
Ollith is a Tangible Exploration game. This game target a young audience: With a simple gameplay and physical interactions, the player will have to find the way out of the Ollith Forest.
He will have to collect and combine resources to enable him to forward his Quest and influence the environment.
I designed the entire game with blender and Unity. Unfortunately, I couldn't do this with the BGE due to my poor python knowledge. All the 3D assets are 100% made with blender. I'll probably open source it, if the community ask.

Nice graphics. The whole looks very professional. The wooden blocks provide a more natural interface than a mouse or a pad. Maybe having different shapes would be interesting. And how about the cost of the board? Could it be used for other applications?
Just two small comments about the video: the music sounds a bit dramatic for children and the hairy arm doesn't look very childish too...:)
Very interesting concept!
