Adam Kalisz is hosting two Blender workshops in Germany from September 30 to October 2.

Adam writes:

Hi Blenderheads,

I am happy to announce that I'm continuing my beginner blender workshop series in Nuremberg. This time I am also introducing a second workshop which focuses on modeling. So, when september ends I will be hosting two workshops at the “Gemeinschaftshaus” in the beautiful Langwasser – historic district of Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany:

1) Beginner Workshop

The course is aimed towards beginners and is going to cover the Blender interface, modeling, texturing, animation, lighting and last but not least rendering. We’ll also take a look at some advanced topics like motion tracking, the cycles render engine, simulations and games, depending on how fast we progress. Everything is directly applied to an example project, which we will create together on that evening.

This course takes place on Monday, 30th September .2013 from 5pm until 9:30pm.

The fee is 35 € (normal), 23 € (student) plus the option to acquire a printed handbook where everything is explained again for 3 €, if you want.

2) Modeling Workshop

The goal of this course is to get good knowledge of Blender's Modeling workflow and tools. We will try different modeling methods (e.g. poly-by-poly, subdivision-modeling, parametric modeling and sculpting) and see what's the best for which task.
After having the basics down, we will test them against a real project, namely a cartoony character. You will be able to work on your own model based on your concept and I will give you Insight to 3D printing your creation after the course.

This course will take place on two days, 1st October 2013 and 2nd October 2013, from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

The fee is 60 € (normal), 40 € (student).

I’m looking forward to seeing you there, happy blending!
