Why is quality so bad..?
The degraded quality looks to be the result of a YouTube downsampling issue.
as you can see the quality is only "bad" in the CG rendered stuff, not in the source greenscreen footage, so it can't be the Youtube compression.
It appears like either some noise was added for realism (on a dark scene thats usually what an average camera produces, or it was just rendered with very low samples in cycles
