I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Head of Community at Sketchfab.

  1. Nice work, very similar to a lot of work generated in Cinema 4D's mograph at the moment. Nice to see Blender is able to create similar effects.

  2. mmm.. sweet. i like a lot. it's a shame they are so short and end up just when you start enjoying..
    excellent use of blender here!

  3. The third one with the cubes is my favourite!!! It's very "TV graphics-Like". If you could make a utorial for this one I would REALLY be grateful.

  4. Very well done Sam!
    I love it!

Can you please do a tutorial?
There aren't many in blender motion graphics and your's are fabulous!

    Cheers!

  5. I highly recommend looking at the Hamlet video from the same author, that is linked at the end of each video. I must say I's really cool, especially the voice acting is great (and it's done in Blender).

  6. Man, I'd love to see these as bumper ads for something like the new Toonami or as some kind of segment between some awesome animated shows (hey, maybe even cool Blender-produced shows...). These have a very nice chill factor to it. Nice!
