Sorry, what format is the video, or where is it hosted ? I usually don't have any problem with Vimeo, Youtube, DailyMotion and else... but here I only see a black screen... I tested with IE8 and Mozilla Firefox.

Well, I have seen the two videos now. The very deceptive point imho is that the title says "Create a Classic Old Letter" and treats everything except the letter itself ! The only part about the letter is the UV mapping of a premade texture. Due to the title, I expected something about a new method to create hand written like font in Blender or something similar. So, it is a nice video about the making of an image, but I wouldn't call it a tutorial. Anyway, the title is badly chosen imho. Sorry !
yea, now that I think about it, it may have been better to call it something like "Create a Classic Old Letter Scene" unfortunately just didn't spend much time on the title.
