Dengue in our history
Ricardo Maciel send us his recent work “Dengue in our history” done by the MediaTeam. The video is part of the Recife’s Prefecture campaign against dengue (Pernambuco – Brazil).
It features 3D scenes with 2D animated characters telling the story of the dengue virus invasion into Brazil. They used Blender and Gimp for their production.Dengue in our history site: http://www.mediateam.com.br/dengue/

Tooooo long the “CARREGANDO” thing…could not see anything :(
Opa! Belo trabalho! Quando trabalhei na VISA interior SP pensei em executar um trabalhos destes! Que legal! Referencia BR na blendernation! :) Parabens!
Well done! Congratulations! :)
Btw, “carregando” means “loading”… and it didn’t last long for me, less than 5 secs.
Congratulations! Great awsome animation, and it has a high educational “spirit”
It is great to see Blender used for things like this.
yeah the “CARREGANDO”=CARGANDO=LOADING :) thing was quick now, something went wrong with my internet the first time.
Cool animation, it seems very instructive. I partially understood what they said since Portuguese is a bit like Spanish. The way the documentary was presented makes it very interesting for the viewers. Also I see you used a lot of FLASH CS4? I would say more than Blender itself, am I wrong?
Great Animation !
Finalmente outro trabalho PT-BR com Blender e Gimp ! Ótimo !!!
Finally another job PT-BR with Blender and Gimp! Great!!!
