Sintel official premiere: Monday September 27th

The Blender Institute has just announced that Sintel will premiere at the Netherlands Film Festival on Monday, September 27th at 19.30! Will we see you there?

      WHooopie a set date! But man that’s like a whole month away, and then I have to wait a couple weeks for my DVD. Oh the waiting game sure is a cruel one.

      Looking forward to seeing this but I won’t make it to the film festival. At least it’ll be online a few days after “in order to prevent crappy bootlegs”. Hurah for piracy. It wins the day in getting official releases early!

      The movie will be projected from 35mm film, so that’s not an option. :P

      Btw, the 35mm copy will be printed by Cineco, Ton told me.
