Campus Party is recognized as the largest gathering of electronic entertainment network in the world. This annual event started in Spain in 1997 and since 2009 is carried out in Mexico, meets for one week thousands of participants with their computers from all over Mexico and other nations to share concerns, exchange experiences, to attend conferences, workshops, competitions and exhibitions related to computers, internet, communications and new technologies.

During this event, a Blender workshop and a Blender conference will be held.

Workshop: “My first 3D animation with Blender”

  • Meet and learn about this free software tool, and design your own 3D animation!

These workshop will focus on the production of a 3D animation in Blender with a guided exercise on given materials.

Conference: “3D animation and video games with free software”

  • Our speaker, Octavio Méndez, we talk about tools, their use and applications in the production process, how to set up an animation studio and / or video games with them and the benefits it offers free software in this area.
