Colorado User Meeting July 25th

Next Sunday, Blender users in Colorado will meet. Did you ever meet another Blender user in person? Why not set up your own Blender User Meeting!

3:15-3:45 Open discussion, socializing
3:45-4:10 Overview of using Python and Blender.
4:10-4:30 Show and tell (bring your work)

      build up from a deformed cube and stuff,saying we are all the same and thing.

      I always wanted to meet some other Blender users in person. Is there enough interest to organize something like this in Illinois?

      That’s a cool logo, but it’s a breach of copyright usage. look it up, Blender Foundation has issued usage guidelines on multiple occasions.

      No this is not a breach on copyright.
      The official guidelines on blender.org will put this under ‘fan art’, community artwork that gives a tribute to Blender.

      I think this is quite a cool version, i’ve seen much worse!

      Ton,

      I’m sorry, I was thinking of the original guidelines. (“The logo is used unaltered, without fancy enhancements, in original colors, original typography, and always complete (logo + text blender).”) I hadn’t seen your addendum last year which said “fan art” was okay.

      I took a business law course this spring and ever since, I have been *keenly* aware of intellectual property rights and when they’re breached. I didn’t mean to come across as a jerk, and I do apologize.
