Seattle now has its own Blender User Group as well! It's catching on world-wide - very cool.

Come down to The Art Institute of Seattle's north campus for a day of tutorials, presentations, networking and good times. This is great, really encouraging to see that with blender the idea of user groups has a renaissance.
It reminds me of the good ole times when there was c64 and atari user groups back in the 80s,
Everyone could join in and learn about homecomputing, get advice and inspiration.
Gotta love the blender grassroots movement!

I'm in. I've always wondered how many blender users there are here in Seattle.
If I'm ever in Seattle I'll make it a priority to go to this.
