The local Blender community is holding a 3D animation contest to spice up the Anime Nebraskon conference. Have fun!

The Lincoln TechyFX Blender community is holding a 3D animation contest at Anime Nebraskon. Blender is the recommended program, but others may be used. Cash prize is starting at $100, but could go up!
Rules
- The animation needs to be more than 40 seconds long
- No nudity (this is a family convention)
- No copyrighted material (this includes music) – be creative!
- 75% of the video needs to be 3D animation. 2D / live footage may be used.
- Any software may be used to make the video – just make sure it’s 100% your stuff
- Submit your material by 9:00pm Central time on Saturday 11/7/2009
Prizes for online participants
- First prize: $100
- Second prize: a Blender 3D t-shirt and a Anime Nebraskon t-shirt
Prize for visiting participants
- A VIP pass to the 2010 Anime Convention, Anime Nebraskon t-shirt, and a anime provided by Anime Nebraskon
