  1. Wow Very Cool.

It'll be very nice to write down the steps of making this great piece of work ...if the artist likes :s

  2. That is one FIIIINNE looking cat.

I've seen people try to make furry pets with Blender before and the results are always.... less than realistic.

But this is just fantastic. I hope he posts it on CGTalk.com

  3. Impressive results! Personally I would say that it doesn't look quite like a live cat, but it looks like a photograph of a real taxidermy specimen (eg. museum diorama item). I'm not sure quite what the difference is.

  4. Whoa!

Eyes popped out of my head! That is absolutely Awesome.

Seriously, thats the first bit of cg I've seen which made my jaw actually drop...

It's because the pose is the neutral pose, symmetric, unnatural.

When the model is posed I am pretty sure this tiger should scare the shit out of anybody :)

And the remark that are done about the control over the fur particle is more or less what I think :)

I personally find it is still a bit hard to get the result I want from it... Although I wouldn't mind having Renderdemon explaining how he did the fur of his tiger :)

  6. Real nice work, real nice. Would love to see it posed and in situ (hell imagine what it would look like animated!).

Though I can understand that Renderdemon has been working hard to get this far!

  7. Agreed Bart. They should of made it a special feature for the DVD release!
Too late obviously... but I can dream. :)

  8. What the..... ?!?! this is really really awesome, nearly photorealistic. I'm totally speechless...

good job renderdemon! I hope there will be a tutorial :D

  9. Thanks guys,you are nice!
