Big Buck Bunny, Explosion Tutorial in 3D World Magazine

The May edition of 3D World magazine contains two four-page Blender related articles.

Editor Jim Thacker writes:

Issue 103 of the magazine, which goes on sale on 25 March, has Bassam’s four-page tutorial on simulating explosions without particles in Blender, plus a four-page story on the making of Big Buck Bunny, to tie in with the premiere in early April.

    I got this issue a couple weeks ago because I subscribe. I read the article on BBB but haven’t read the tutorial yet. Glad to see more Blender focus in the magaizine.

    LoMac, go to a 3D animation expo and find the 3D World stand, tell them you’re a professional animator and hey presto.. Free subscription!

    Wow awesome. Looks as though I might have to buy this 3D World. 3D World is great though, I really like it.

    hey I could be seen as a noob at modeling(I probably am). But I find it fasinating and I’m well on my way to becoming a novice…lol I’ve tried 2 work trough a tatorial but I get lost at the first few stages of it… any advice?
