The Flash format is fairly common, so most people should be able to view it. I used wink; a free prog to create these tut's. The point is you only move on when you click the continue arrow, which makes it easier follow along in Blender. Hosting via YouTube is free. Hosting a downloaded video on your own server becomes extremely expensive extremely fast.
