Peach Interviews: Andy Goralczyk

Last week I visited the Blender Institute in Amsterdam, where I had a chance to talk to the members of the Peach team (and a member of Apricot as well!). I taped my conversations with them and for the next week, we'll publish one interview each day. Today part six: Andy Goralczyk, Art Director.

AniCator: Probably a word that's often necessary if you explain esotheric stuff to mere mortals ;) (No, really!)

(I say "im Prinzip" a lot in such situations - which would be the German version :)

Excuse the silly question, but seing all the vids of the team…Are they working with no light at all…Too much contrast, that can be terrible for the eyes… Sorry, I know is a bit of a random comment…

eface: we do have a sufficient amount of light in here (i sit close to the window, too), probably the camera was not sensitive enough (especially against those bright screens)… also most of these interviews were shot later in the afternoon on a cloudy day.
GustavTheMushroom: what you see is my desktop (Ubuntu + Gnome) with huuuuge icons :) the biggest are probably Blender, Gimp, Amarok, Firefox, Inkscape, Trash, Home, Maya (uugh) and Processing.

Andy > my favorite 3d artist ever and will always be! He's one of the reasons I even did 3d and was well on my way with Blender. He's got some of him influece running in my veins right now. hehe! :)

Hey, Andy, that's some nice looking bigy big icons you got there on your Ubuntu desktop. haha! fancy and cool! You wouldn't forget them, I'm sure. :)

Andy's touch can be sensed in all of the Peach work that I've seen so far.. he's really something!!
