Last chance to get credits on the Apricot DVD Project

apricot1.jpgApricot is edging towards the start of the project sometime next week. They are pushing towards a goal of 1000 DVD’s sold. They are at 500+ now. And come next week your name will not be credited on the DVD. Don’t miss the chance to be eternally famous! Or even better, don’t miss the chance to support Blender development. Want faster realtime previews? Improved export? An external plugin interface? Help support the project because those are some of the things being looked at for improvement by the Apricot team.

Small summary from the eshop on what is on the DVD:

- The game itself, with installer, running in Linux, Windows and OS X.
- All .blend files, models, textures, sound clips, game sources, and so on… all the material used to create the game.
- Documentation and video tutorials by the team members about all technical aspects of the game; like how to re-use assets, animate characters, or add new levels.
- The Peach movie in various formats

      C’mon people, where else are you going to get all the source material and a shed load more than your usual DVD content?!

      Maybe a teaser/trailer would help the PR campaign team apricot raise more awareness/funds.

      I really would like to order the DVD but I already bought Peach and Mancandy F.A.Q. It would be great if you would extend the time for ordering so that the name recording is not limited to February 1th. Do the Apriciot guys read this here?
