Interactive Art: Bikatrope

bike.jpgVince McKelvie has created an interactive art installation in which riding a bike drives an animation.

Vince writes:

Hi my name is Vince McKelvie, and I am an animation student at cal arts. I used Blender to create the images in my interactive art installation.

The spokes of the bike deteremine which side of the video plays. when the video flickers fast enough the two the viewer can see the relationship of the two videos.

    sounds very similar to "the legible city" by Jerffery Shaw, still nice job and it proves that good idea's never die just get reinvented :) good job, nice to see someone else tackling interface in an artistic way.
