Would you like to create a game in Blender, using a bit of artificial intelligence? Now you can! Two users from the Blenderartists forums, called p00f and Mmph!, published a series of eight tutorials on how to create a simple AI, using only logic bricks.

The Peach project is already giving Blender a new Tool! It`s the Mesh Deform Modifier. This is a very cool new tool, which allows us to deform a mesh object, using another object. The modifiers works like the Lattice tool, but we can shape the deforming object with almost any kind of shape.
levelHead is a spatial memory game by Julian Oliver. It uses a cube – with an image on each face – as its only interface. It uses a Sony EyeToy camera to capture the image and a screen to present the computed result
'Inside' the cube are six rooms, each of which are logically connected by a network of doors. By tilting the cube you lead a character around the rooms. Some doors lead nowhere and will send you back to the beginning. You have just 120 seconds to find the exit of each cube and move to the next. There are five cubes (levels) in total and just as you imagine, the traps become increasingly difficult to avoid..
Julian relied on Blender to create the interior of his cube and in this article he talks how Blender fits into his workflow.

The Autorig Script is a very interesting tool, which can automatically add bones and constraints to a newly created autorig-armature. It can easily setup an armature for a character.
A cool article about the Papervision component, which allows Flash CS3 to work with 3D objects, was released by Computer Arts magazine. It works like a real-time 3D engine component. And they mention Blender at the article, as one of the tools that can produce 3D content to use in Flash.
Byron Kindig reports on the Blender classes that were recently held in Kingsport, Tenessee. He writes:
We had a great group of people attend. I put up a short page about last Saturday's class at the Renaissance Center. Also the Kingsport Art Guild has approved more classes for January, February, and March. They will be weekly classes on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30. I should have more information about these classes soon.
The winner of the 2007 Suzanne Awards for Best short film, called Night of the Living Dead Pixels was released for download. For this final version, the animation was improved with some better music and small errors fixed.
