My Acer 19" widescreen is at 1440 x 960 and if I want an image on my desktop I have to crop it and reset the resolution in GIMP. Not hard, but it usually degrades the image and removes part of the scene. I would like it if some of these beautiful images would be rendered to fit natively in that size. Any takers? Thanks.
