Man, how long did it take you to find such an appropriate image? :)
Technical info for the curious: I wanted to type a command that I know was in the "arrow up" cache of the terminal. Unfortunately a circuit in head decided otherwise and pressed enter while the "poweroff" command was showing.... ouch!
Anyway, the server has a remote powerswitch, but because we switched hosters recently I don't have the information to use that switch =/

I was wondering why I wasn't able to access the site earlier. Now I know. Guess the puts a dampener on the Weekend Challenge this weekend. Last weekend's was awesome, with many great entries. :)

TRY OUT THE BUILT-IN GAMES ENGINE ( press P in 3D window )
As the excellent BlenderArtist forum is down, if you're looking something to do, take 30 minutes to try out one of Blenders greatest, and least tried out, features - the Game Engine.

You can still use your modelling / texturing skills with the GE - you just get saved the hours rendering time! No programming or art skills are required to complete the tutorial.
If anyone gives it a go, post your feedback ( to hopefully encourage other Blender 3D artists to try it out! )

As winner of the last WC i was supposed to provide a topic for the next challenge. First my problem was, that I was without internet access for 4 days starting from last thursday (mountain wilderness :)), but now it seems that i hadn't any chance of submitting a topic anyways.
As BA is still down as of this writing, maybe teeth can give me some hints about going on.
Loramel, in an earlier comment theeth suggested we cancel this weekend's challenge. That seems like a good idea, once the site is up again you can PM theeth with a new topic for the upcoming weekend.
