Elephants Dream Showing at Dutch Movie Festival

afff.jpgIf you live in the Netherlands then you have another chance to see Elephants Dream on the big screen: the organisation of the 23rd Amsterdam Fantastic Film Festival (AFFF) has accepted it for their programme.

The AFFF is from April 18th-25th in (duh) Amsterdam and even while the programma hasn't been announced yet, we CAN tell already tell you when Elephants Dream will be playing:

  • Saturday, April 21st, 14.00h, City 2 cinema
  • Wednesday, April 25th, 20.00h, City 2 cinema

If you're planning on going, why not leave a message here? This is a nice occasion for an ad-hoc Blender User Meeting!

More information can be found on the AFFF festival's website; at the top-left there's a language switch for English (unfortunately I can't deep-link to that).

    Well, this is quite cool, I'm only not in the mood to drive 2 hours (or the train) to Amsterdam, since that is on the other side of the Netherlands to me. xD

    I'm not going there. I saw it on the Blender Conference and I have the 1024×576 version here. That's pretty much already.

    I also have 5 channel surround so I have actually got my own cinema here.

    I'm not going, either. Well, it's a long way to go from London to Amsterdam for a 9 minute (excellent) film that I have on my PC! lol

    Thing is, we all saw it one way or another allready, and Amsterdam isn't exactly close by. More than two hours for me.
    Plus I don't really like that city. Or big cities in general.

    I hope that many people will come and see Elephants Dream,and will talk about it. I really like it, and I wish I would be closer.
