Stride Tutorial
The new features in the CVS that we outlined in the October report might replace this stride bone method, but that doesn’t make this tutorial obsolete as its a very informative mountain of information overall and will get you a bit more prepared for using the new features and is helpful in getting to know IPO manipulation as well as animating in general in Blender.
Especially if you are one who waits for the official release ofthe next version of Blender, and doesn’t dive into the CVS, then this tutorial is definitely for you. At 30+ pages in length its quite a read.

What’s a stride? Sorry I’m swedish.
This just means ‘walking’, in the case of blender it is often a walk along a path.
Please correct me if I’m wrong
Stride is the distance between your front foot and your rear foot when you are walking. A girl wearing a tight dress would have a short stride. Someone who is who os speed walking would have a long stride.
