It would be even better if these images were hosted on the BA server instead of endagering such great art from potentially getting eaten up by free image hosting services.

Oh i just found out: there is a "gallery view" http://blenderartists.org/cms/index.php?id=33 and http://blenderartists.org/cms/index.php?id=34 for animations but they are not that up to date :D 6 images from 2005 :D

PS: I hate this popup view thing in the gallery (also in the blender.org gallery), i'd prefer direct links.

I agree Bassam this would be really cool. Another good idea would be for example a random image taken out of the gallery in a sitebar or on the index page, this would be awesome.

I wonder if they plan on having a "gallery view" on that forum, with the focus more on the images than the traditional forum/bb view. Something more like the (excellent) galleries at blender.org
