After the release of the ClubSilo demo, we were all reminded that the Blender game engine still can rock the casbah. Lucky for us, the talented people that develop and/or use the game engine are nice enough to share tips and tricks with those who are willing to look at them.

The Blender Google Summer of Code (GSoC) projects are still in full swing and the projects are usually quiet until they are finally released. We've looked at the very early stages of the Sculpt tool, and now I ask Ben Batt (artificer) about his Modifier Stack Upgrade.

I remember when I first saw an autostereogram image. It took me a while to figure out how to see it, but then the concept of a three-dimensional image being hidden in another image blew my mind. Kapil Hari Paranjape describes how you can create these images for yourself using Blender, the Gimp and StereoGraph.
