The first Libre Graphics Meeting will be held on 17, 18 and 19 March 2006 in Lyon, France. It will be a melting pot, with free software graphics developers and artists meeting each other, exchanging ideas and tips, and planning the future of free graphics. The meeting will bring together developers and users of the best of free software graphics applications – GIMP, Inkscape, Scribus, Blender and more.
On Saturday the 18th Rui Campos will host a presentation about Blender and Project Orange. The schedule suggests that the first public airing of Elephant’s Dream, the movie that Orange is producing, will be then. I’m not sure that the Orange team is going to make that date, though…
Someone will send us a nice report with some pictures of Rui’s presentation, right?
